I'd like to share a little about myself and why I believe that I'm uniquely prepared to serve as your City Councilor for Seat 5. I moved to Eastern Idaho at 13 years old where I graduated from Bonneville High School in Idaho Falls then went on to Idaho State University where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Studies. During college, I served an internship in Washington DC and volunteered in the Pocatello offices for our US Senators. After college, I went on to serve a year in Spain at the University of Zaragoza with CRU (Campus Crusade for Christ).
I have been in the Real Estate and Lending industries for 16 years specializing in Private Lending, Asset Management, Long-Term Escrow and Real Estate Sales. My husband and I, Craig Perreault, own Boise Home Hunters LLC and are Associate Brokers with Equity Northwest Real Estate in downtown Meridian. I am a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Public Speaking and Leadership Program, BOLD Real Estate Training, the Idaho Women in Leadership Public Service program, and the Graduate Realtor Institute. I have served 3 years as a Volunteer Leader on the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission and am the Chairperson for 2019. Also, I'm in my fifth year as a member of the Boise Regional Realtors Public Policy Committee, which administers funds for the Realtor PAC and advocates for home-ownership issues in local, state, and national government.
